Guarantees and Return Policy
- MuttMops is committed to excellence and we guarantee our products against all manufacturers’ defects. If your toy arrives damaged or is the wrong item, we will gladly replace it. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment and let us know what the problem is. Do not remove the tag or give the toy to your dog. Place the unused toy in the original packaging. We will provide return shipping instructions and arrange to replace your item.
- After extensive testing and feedback from customers we've found that for the vast majority of dogs the MuttMop is a durable dog toy that withstands rough play. But, since all dogs are unique and have unique play habits, we realize that there will be instances when a toy doesn't meet a dog's needs. If you are not happy with the performance of your toy, email us at info@muttmops.com for a refund of your purchase price (minus shipping). For the safety of your pet, always be sure to supervise play time and promptly remove any toy that becomes damaged.

- Customer is responsible for paying all shipping and handling costs.
- Unless otherwise specified at time of purchase, items are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) ground shipping. Customers may select expedited shipping at time of purchase.
